15 Minute Intro

  • A brief conversation to understand your needs and goals for mediation.

  • An open discussion to see if LMS is the right fit for your needs.

  • Collect important details that may affect the mediation process for your unique journey.

Scheduled meetings

  • 1-hour mediation sessions held over Zoom with both parties.

  • Meeting agendas will guide the conversation, making sure all key issues for legal divorce, separation, and family needs are addressed.

  • One-on-one meetings with each party, if needed, to acknowledge individual concerns and ensure the process moves forward smoothly.

Memorandum of Understanding

  • At the end of the mediation process, you will receive a final MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) that outlines all the areas we’ve covered during the process.

  • The MOU will include the plans we have mutually agreed upon, which will be examined and formally prepared by independent legal counsel prior to final submission to the court.

  • Mediation will remain available to address any future changes, new needs, or evolving mutual interests.
